Born 1979 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. Studied painting at Tokyo Zokei University and graduated from the same university in 2002.
In 2004, she held her first solo exhibition "Yoko Hiramaru - appel" in Tokyo.
Since then, she has been based in Tokyo.
