The works sold at our company (website, stores) can be broadly divided into the following formats:

• Works owned by our company
• Works on consignment from galleries, artists, and collectors

2. About setting the sales price

1. About works owned by our company
   1. Works by famous artists have a 「market price」 based on the price traded at auctions, etc. In order to keep the Japanese art world healthy and vibrant, we set the prices of all the works we sell based on market prices, so even if the same artist or the same type of work is sold, the selling prices may be significantly higher than those of other companies. Prices may be different (sometimes less than half price).
   2. You can check our highly transparent pricing by comparing the selling prices of works by artists with many distributed works with those of other stores. We also constantly research the selling prices of other stores.
2. About commissioned works

   Some of the works that we are contracted to sell directly from artists are based on the artist's own pricing, but we will not accept sales on consignment unless the price is appropriate to the artist's track record.

3. About consignment sales from collectors

   There will be a screening process before we accept your work.

3. Regarding changes in sales price

Please note that the value of the work changes with the times, so the sales price may be revised during the sales period. In particular, for works with high selling prices, we refrain from displaying the selling price on the website from the above perspective.

4. About display on the web

1. About the 「SOLD OUT」 display

   If a work owned by our company is sold at our store, online, or at auction, it will be marked SOLDOUT on the website. The same applies to commissioned works, but if the owner of the work sells the work through a method that does not go through our company, we will not display SOLD OUT.

2. About the 「COMING SOON」 display

   「COMING SOON」 is displayed for works scheduled to be sold that require adjustments in determining the sales timing and sales price.

3. About the 「HOLD」 display

   Works for which we have received inquiries from customers are displayed as 「HOLD」 If sales resume after your inquiry, the 「HOLD」 indication will be removed. Additionally, there may be opportunities to purchase items even if they are marked as 「HOLD」, so please feel free to contact us.
